ASAP About the Role We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide hands-on technical support for end users in an onsite environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting hardware/software issues, imaging desktops, and ensuring smooth IT operations for business continuity. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
  • Perform desktop imaging, configuration, and deployment for new and existing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and asset inventory.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with security and operational standards. Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, desktop imaging tools, and basic networking.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and remote support tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
