Summary of Position The IS Coordinator provides day-to-day support for the organization's Information Systems by delivering first-level end-user support, assisting with system administration, licensing, and access security, and coordinating system-related projects. This role works closely with the Business Systems Manager to support software configuration, troubleshooting, testing, training, process documentation, and system adoption. The position requires a strong willingness to learn new software platforms and provide ongoing administrative, technical, and coordination support. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with user account setup, role assignments, licensing, and license security across software systems. Provide first-level support to end-users, responding to IS support ticket requests and assisting with issue resolution or escalation as appropriate. Support general software administration and basic troubleshooting, escalating complex issues as needed. Learn and provide administrative support for new software platforms, including understanding system functionality and technical controls. Coordinate IS and business system projects, including task tracking, meeting coordination, and follow-ups. Assist departments with identifying, documenting, and improving process flows, translating business needs into documented requirements. Support system testing, training, and user adoption, including documentation, job aids, and user support. Maintain project, process, and system documentation in alignment with IS governance and security standards. Perform other similar duties as assigned by the Business Systems Manager. Position Requirements Required Qualifications Demonstrated willingness and ability to learn new software platforms and support them in an administrative capacity. Ability to assist with basic troubleshooting, process documentation, and issue identification. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work with technical and non-technical users. Ability to document processes clearly and follow structured procedures. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred. Basic understanding of IT systems, software applications, and user account management. Software Skills Microsoft Office Suite Outlook Word PowerPoint Excel•must be highly proficient
