This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you'll support day-to-day IT operations across multiple city departments. Local travel between city facilities required. What You'll Do Provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT support (in-person + remote)

Troubleshoot:

Workstations, laptops, mobile devices Printers, VoIP systems, peripherals Software and network connectivity issues Set up and deploy new devices (PCs, laptops, tablets) Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, etc.) Manage and track IT assets and inventory Maintain and update helpdesk tickets (SLA-driven environment) Support infrastructure issues and escalate when needed Assist with after-hours support and city meetings/events (as needed) Coordinate with vendors and internal teams Requirements 3+ years of IT Support / Helpdesk / Desktop Support experience Strong knowledge of: Windows 10/11 Microsoft 365 Active Directory Experience troubleshooting hardware/software issues Familiar with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) Excellent communication and customer service skills Nice to Have Experience in government or public sector

IT Knowledge of:

Networking basics (routers, switches, firewalls) VoIP systems (3CX or similar) Backup solutions (Veeam) Exposure to cybersecurity tools (EDR, antivirus)
