We are seeking a highly qualified Client Services Engineer.
Onsite Coordination:
C oordinate onsite projects, proactive and reactive onsite services. Balance client needs with internal resource availability and optimize travel time and efficiency.
Technical Issue Resolution :
Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues that customers face. This involves working with various hardware and software systems to identify the root cause of problems and implement effective solutions.​
Customer Support :
Providing timely and effective support to customers via multiple channels, including phone, email, and on-premise. This includes offering guidance on product usage, answering technical queries, and ensuring customer issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Product Knowledge Base Management :
Maintaining and updating a comprehensive knowledge base that includes FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and other resources.
Collaboration :
Working closely with other team members to ensure that customer feedback is communicated effectively and used to improve products and services.
Feedback and Reporting :
Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Preparing reports for senior management on service performance metrics and customer satisfaction levels.
System Maintenance :
Performing routine maintenance on customer systems and providing updates to ensure optimal performance. A successful applicant must possess the following skills. Excellent communication skills Personable and friendly Excellent memory Organized and hard working Always strives for the optimal outcome, rather than just "good enough" Customer-oriented and cool-tempered Preference will be given to applicants with experience in the medical/dental software support and deployments.
