Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Computer Network Technical Support Specialist to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and enhancing our complex network infrastructure to ensure seamless operations across our resort facilities (deploying, supporting and maintaining the network, compute and storage infrastructure; software and hardware upgrades to switches, routers, firewalls, SANS and backup systems). This is a multi-disciplinary position providing support to the development, testing, operation of systems and products; helps define long-term network and infrastructure design while also supporting the live environment. Your expertise in computer networking, network security, and system administration will be vital in safeguarding our digital environment and supporting business continuity.
