Overview With the dynamic growth of Enwork, the IT Support Specialist position provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day. You will bring your knowledge and energy to make us better with the creation of new ways to do things. We need you! Key Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for technical assistance. Resolve daily computer/network/printer/software/etc. issues for Enwork employees. System Updates
  • roll out updates that require individually touching all computers/printers/etc. New equipment/workstation moves
  • Install equipment for new employees and manufacturing needs. Preventative Maintenance
  • conduct cleaning and other activities to ensure the reliability and longevity of equipment. Infrastructure
  • Assist with network cabling, wireless management, camera deployment and deployed switch management (cleaning, documenting, etc). System audits
  • utilize software to document installed software on PCs, to insure we are managing required licensing and that non-approved software that could affect business operations is not in use.
Requirements:
Skills & Qualifications Experience:
3-5 years in a related role.
Education Requirement:
IT Certification or Associates/Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field.
Technical Expertise:
High-level knowledge of commonly used software, hardware and applications such as Windows and Microsoft Office 365. Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally.
