Job Description

Multiple IT Support Specialists Required We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support to end users and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and peripheral-related issues. The engineer will handle incidents, break/fix activities, device deployments, and other onsite IT support requirements. Key Responsibilities Provide onsite support for laptops, desktops, workstations, and IT peripherals. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to laptops, desktops, operating systems, applications, printers, and peripherals . Install, configure, maintain, and replace IT hardware and software. Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications . Create, update, and manage user accounts, permissions, and access through Active Directory . Troubleshoot basic network, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and connectivity issues. Manage incidents and service requests through the ITSM/ticketing system . Perform software installations, updates, patching, device configuration, and system maintenance. Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including device allocation and account setup. Maintain IT asset records, inventory, and documentation. Escalate complex technical issues to relevant infrastructure, network, security, or application teams. Follow defined SLA, ITIL, security, and IT support procedures . Provide professional customer service and maintain effective communication with users and stakeholders. Assist with IT projects, hardware refreshes, deployments, and other operational activities when required. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in IT Field Support, IT Support, Desktop Support, Service Desk, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop/laptop troubleshooting . Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and common business applications . Experience with Active Directory, user administration, and access management . Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network troubleshooting . Experience working with ITSM/ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or similar. Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, or other endpoint management tools is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize multiple incidents and work within defined SLAs. Diploma or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field .
