Job Description
We are looking for a skilled PC Technician to join our team in Taylor, Michigan. In this role, you will provide technical support, manage hardware components, and ensure seamless operation of computer systems. You will play a key part in maintaining and troubleshooting devices to support daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and peripherals to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to PCs, laptops, and associated hardware. Perform cable installations and ensure proper connectivity for devices and networks. Provide technical support for Dell Technologies systems and Apple devices. Conduct routine maintenance and upgrades to computer systems. Collaborate with team members to address hardware compatibility and software integration challenges. Maintain accurate documentation of installations, repairs, and system configurations. Test and verify functionality of hardware components after repairs or updates. Follow company protocols and industry standards during technical operations. Train users on basic troubleshooting techniques and system usage. Proven experience working with computer hardware and peripherals. Strong knowledge of Dell Technologies systems and Apple devices. Proficiency in cable installation and network connectivity. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Familiarity with associated hardware and system compatibility. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to assist users effectively. Ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow technical processes.
