Pay:

Starting at $17-$18 per hour during training, with the opportunity to earn $20+ per hour after learning our order-processing system and demonstrating strong performance.

Full-time, 8-hour shifts. About the Position United PC Tek is looking for a dependable, computer-savvy individual to join our team. This position combines computer troubleshooting, customer service, order processing, and shipping support. Responsibilities Answer customer phone calls and provide friendly, professional technical support. Troubleshoot common Windows, computer hardware, monitor, and internet connectivity issues. Guide customers through basic troubleshooting steps over the phone. Learn our daily order-processing and shipping procedures. Pick, pack, and prepare computers, monitors, and accessories for shipment. Assist with returns, customer inquiries, and other daily operations. Requirements Good working knowledge of Windows computers and basic computer hardware. Good communication skills and patience when helping customers. Ability to learn new software and order-processing systems. Reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented. Able to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. Willing to help with both technical support and warehouse duties. Previous computer repair, IT support, or customer service experience is preferred, but motivated candidates with strong computer knowledge are encouraged to apply.
