Responsibilities:

Serves as an initial point of contact for troubleshooting IT related problems including hardware, software, network, and printer issues. Manage and update tickets Escalate issues/tickets to upper level Help Desk Provide support in person, over the phone, and using remote control helpdesk software. Install, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot PC's. Other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:

2-4 years' of help desk experience. Windows 11 Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Strong Hardware Skills (PC, Notebook, mobile devices) Windows Network troubleshooting Excellent communication skills Excellent problem solving skills Customer service oriented Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and crawl under desks if necessary Must have reliable transportation Some seasonal local and over night travel may be required
