• What You'll Do Work as a Technical Service Call Center and help customers troubleshoot equipment and service needs over the phone. Provide frontline technical support to customers Troubleshoot basic mechanical/electrical equipment issues Help with equipment installation, setup, programming, and calibration Coordinate service appointments and scheduling changes Assist customers with parts and equipment questions Learn to support pumps, filters, dispensing equipment, dishmachines, and other Ecolab systems What We're Looking For Have experience in technical support, technical customer service, or a mechanical/electrical trade Customer service experience Comfortable troubleshooting technical problems Experience with Microsoft 365 (MS365) Associate's or Bachelor's degree Comfortable communicating with customers and internal teams by phone Good Backgrounds for This Role You may be a fit if you've worked in technical support, equipment support, field service, mechanical/electrical service, customer technical support, maintenance, or a technical call center.
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
