Provide technical support to employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, account access, and connectivity issues through the IT help desk.
Support user onboarding and offboarding activities, including account provisioning, device setup, software installation, and access management.
Contribute to technology projects such as system upgrades, software deployments, process improvements, and implementation of new IT solutions.
Monitor, maintain, and document IT systems, processes, and standard operating procedures to support operational efficiency and business continuity.
Analyze help desk trends and system performance data to identify opportunities for automation, improved user experience, and enhanced IT services.
Additional duties as assigned.
QualificationsYou're someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right.
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments.
Organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Ability to work in Goodhue, MN 5 days/week.Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments.

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Pay Range:
