Work today, get paid today! The pay range for this position is $73,000•$84,000 based on direct and relevant experience. RAYUS Radiology is looking for an Image Management Specialist II to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! As an Image Management Specialist II, you will be responsible for the day-to-day support of image management, PACS, Dictation, Clinical Reading Functions and Operational Support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(55%) Image Management Provide 2nd level support, and, when necessary, 1st level support of image services Act as an escalation point for 1st level Imaging Services support, taking lead on Imaging Services applications issues, seeing problems through to resolution Monitor (and escalate as necessary) critical issues reported through the ticketing system Establish and test new image routes and the operations to support new centers, outside reads and other routing requirements Assist in the development of operating standards, policies and procedures for the image management process including application and protocol development and standardization (40%) Market Support Serve as an interface between information technology, engineering, radiologic technologists and radiologists to ensure smooth functioning of the overall PACS system Work closely with market personnel to ensure they are properly trained and knowledgeable in image routing, archival and clinical reading functions Assist with application training for technologists and radiologists Set up and support PACS interfaces and management services as defined by market leadership Assist referring offices and patients with medical and patient provider portal viewer questions and issues (5%) Other Duties and Projects as
Assigned Requirements:
Required:
High School Diploma, or equivalent Two (2) years' experience in radiology operations and/or health care project management Experience in PACS and teleradiology processes and equipment Ability to work on call as needed Some travel is required between sites; a reliable means of transportation is required Valid driver's license and proof of current insurance is required for the team member to personally drive a vehicle for company business (regardless of whether it's a company or personal vehicle)
Preferred:
