Job Description

IT Support & Operations Specialist John's Pharmacy is looking for a motivated IT Support & Operations Specialist who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and providing exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in IT while supporting a growing healthcare organization. You'll work alongside our Director of IT, providing day-to-day technical support across multiple pharmacy locations and contracted facilities while gaining hands-on experience with a wide variety of hardware, software, and business technology.
Compensation:
Starting at $18+/hour based on knowlege/work experience. What You'll Do Provide first-level technical support for computers, printers, scanners, software, and user accounts. Troubleshoot Windows workstations, Google Workspace, email, remote access, and common hardware issues. Configure and deploy computers, monitors, printers, and other technology equipment. Travel between pharmacy locations and contracted facilities to perform onsite support and equipment installations. Maintain accurate equipment inventory and technical documentation. Assist with workstation upgrades, technology projects, and equipment lifecycle planning. Escalate complex server, network, and security issues to the Director of IT. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred but not required. 1-2 years of IT support, help desk, desktop support, or related technical experience preferred. Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and common computer hardware. Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Valid driver's license with the ability to travel between company locations. The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is: Eager to learn and continuously improve.
