Job Description

LRS Consulting Services is seeking an Infor XA Support Specialist for a Contract opportunity in St. Louis. This role offers the chance to apply your skills in support of meaningful work for one of our client partners. Our client is seeking Infor XA Support Specialist to serve as a hands-on resource for incident resolution, enhancement work, and ongoing support across an enterprise Infor XA environment. This role blends day-to-day ticket support with project-based development work, and requires close collaboration with end users and fellow IT team members to keep Infor XA and related applications running smoothly. Day Responsibilities:
Work closely with users to resolve incidents (tickets), ensuring corrections are well documented, users are kept informed of progress, and briefed or trained on corrective action — including hands-on site support when needed Complete ticket administration, including documenting incidents, managing the ticket queue, setting priorities, and scheduling work Perform analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of Enterprise-level Infor XA projects and enhancements Support testing of corrections, modifications, service packs, and upgrades, and apply diagnostic utilities to aid troubleshooting Communicate application-related problems and incidents — including resolution and preventative measures — to stakeholders
Requirements:
Experience with Infor XA (or comparable ERP platform) in an enterprise support or development capacity Experience with incident/ticket management systems and processes Experience with analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of ERP enhancements or projects Experience troubleshooting application issues using diagnostic utilities Experience communicating technical issues and resolutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal) The base range for this salaried position is $50-$70, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual compensation is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. LRS is an equal opportunity employer.
