HOURS:
Monday - Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM
The purpose of this job is to troubleshoot, maintain, install, and repair computer hardware, software, and peripherals. Provides customer support and training. Identifies and resolves network issues. Maintains incident logs.
Provides front-facing customer service and information technology (IT) support. Assists customers via telephone, email, and in person. Diagnoses, triages, documents, and resolves IT-related issues.
Installs, configures deploys, and supports end-user products, systems, hardware, and software; diagnoses and repairs/replaces as necessary.
Performs end-user IT equipment moves and configurations.
Delivers end-user training and documentation of processes and configurations for software installations, hardware, and peripherals.
Regular attendance is a necessary and essential function.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent. Certification program.
1 year of related experience.
Licenses or Certification
Valid driver's license.
A+ Certification preferred.
Microsoft Certified Professional.
Knowledge of:
Computer hardware and peripherals, operating systems, and basic networking.
Microsoft Operating Systems and all versions of Microsoft Office Suites.
Google Office Suite.
General office practices and administrative procedures, records management, and administration techniques and procedures.
Equipment configuration, operation, specifications, and diagnostics.
Skill in:
Analyzing and solving problems.
Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, to meet the needs of the audience.
Applying active listening and asking questions for understanding.
Providing high levels of effective customer service.
Ability to:
Compile, organize, interpret, and communicate data and results concisely.
Apply logic and reasoning to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of alternatice solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
