This position is ideal for an accomplished technician with proven abilities looking for a new opportunity to expand their skill sets by working in different, dynamic, environments and with new technology to deliver high quality solutions to our business clients.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2-4 years working in a business IT environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server administration
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows desktop operating system troubleshooting and configuration
  • Experience with Office 365 Exchange, OneDrive, and Microsoft Azure solutions
  • Experience with remote monitoring and remediation software, including remote support tools
  • Experience with CRM and ticketing systems for client billing and time tracking
  • Ability to prioritize assigned tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • Ability to demonstrate deadline and detail-oriented project and ticket completion
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills are required to correctly assess and plan remediation steps for issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to communicate with our team and clients
  • Ability to follow written process and outlined procedures with a high degree of accuracy repeatedly
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and outlook when interacting with others and when completing assigned projects and tasks The primary roles of this position will be to assist business clients with troubleshooting IT issues, installing new software & hardware, and designing and recommending solutions to meet client goals and upgrades to keep client environments in a good, secure, compliant, working order.
Our team has the opportunity to work remotely. Next Level IT does have a local office in Columbia if you prefer to work in an office setting and for pickup and drop off of equipment or as a place to settle between calls. There will be travel required to reach client sites for installations/troubleshooting when remote work is not possible as part of this position, so dependable transportation and a valid driver's license will be required. Next Level IT provides mileage reimbursement for travel carried out as part of your assigned duties. We are looking for a self-starter who can work diligently without a high level of supervision. Our company culture as a whole is to not micromanage our team, so it is important that our new team additions can be counted on to do outstanding work and maintain the highest level of professionalism and quality of service for our clients! However, we do function as a team, and we are each here to support one another when help is needed. Qualified candidates MUST live within an hour radius of Columbia, MO to be able to respond for onsite work when it is required.
