Internship (Unpaid) About the Role Are you looking to bridge the gap between classroom theory and real-world enterprise IT? We are seeking a motivated PC Specialist I Intern for the summer. In this role, you won t just be grabbing coffee-you will be an integral part of our infrastructure team. You will master the fundamentals of system imaging, deployment, and asset management while sharpening the crucial soft skills needed to succeed in a modern corporate environment. Key Responsibilities As an PC Specialist I Intern, you will get hands-on experience with the entire lifecycle of enterprise hardware and software.
Your daily impact will include:
System Imaging & Deployment:
Image PCs with Windows 11 and configure systems for deployment.
Hardware & Peripherals:
Set up, configure, and troubleshoot workstations and peripheral devices.
Inventory Management:
Maintain inventory integrity by tracking, auditing, and managing hardware/software assets.
Help Desk Support:

Workstation Imaging Proficiency:
Achieve independent mastery of our Windows 11 deployment processes.
Inventory Integrity:
Keep asset management systems highly accurate and updated in real-time.
Professional Communications:
Refine your help desk etiquette and technical documentation.
Note:
Upon hiring, you will work 1-on-1 with your mentor to develop 1-3 additional personalized goals tailored to your specific career interests. Qualifications & Skills We are looking for a tech-savvy student who is eager to learn.
Ideal candidates will bring:
Familiarity or experience with Windows 10/11 management . A basic understanding of network topologies and hardware troubleshooting. Exposure to or strong interest in system imaging . Excellent soft skills , including empathy, active listening, and problem-solving. Currently enrolled in an Information Technology, Computer Science, or related degree program.
