Job Description

IT Site Support Lead Location:
New Florence, MO (On‑site, 5 days/week)
Pay:
$30-$40 per hour

Occasional travel to nearby sites (personal vehicle preferred) About the Role We're looking for an IT Site Support Lead who can take ownership of all on‑site technology needs while providing exceptional support to employees at every level. This role is ideal for someone who can lead locally, communicate clearly, and stay hands‑on with daily technical work. You will be the primary IT contact for the site—supporting users, managing equipment, coordinating with central IT, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. What You'll Do Serve as the on‑site IT lead, supporting all end users and acting as the main technical point of contact Provide hands‑on support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, networking, and job‑site technology Communicate effectively with field teams, office staff, leadership, and vendors Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues Oversee local IT operations, ticket queues, and service delivery Implement and maintain IT support procedures and documentation Support new site setups, moves, and technology deployments Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper lifecycle management Escalate complex issues and collaborate with central IT teams Ensure a high‑quality, customer‑focused support experience for all users What You Bring 3+ years of hands‑on IT support experience (site support or field support preferred) Experience leading or mentoring others, even informally Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, hardware, networking, and common business applications Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of the organization Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus Experience with ITIL practices and service desk tools (ServiceNow preferred) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment Customer‑focused mindset and strong follow‑through
