In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for resolving hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and supporting our IT infrastructure. Responsibilities Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues across various operating systems. Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory, ensuring secure access to systems and resources. Assist with desktop support tasks such as hardware maintenance, software installation, and system configuration. Support IT infrastructure components like LAN (Local Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), firewalls, and servers including Windows Server administration. Conduct hardware support activities including diagnosing hardware failures and coordinating repairs or replacements. Collaborate with team members to perform system administration tasks, maintain security protocols, and improve overall help desk operations. Communicate clearly with users to provide technical troubleshooting support while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Experience Proven experience in technical support roles or help desk environments with a strong understanding of operating systems. Familiarity with computer networking concepts including LAN setup, VPN configuration, firewalls, and basic network troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with Active Directory management and Windows Server administration. Knowledge of computer hardware maintenance and troubleshooting hardware issues effectively. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. $46,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
