IT Support Specialist

Benefits & Extras High-visibility, client-facing role with real impact Work within a structured, growth-focused MSP environment Exposure to multi-site healthcare and professional organizations Mileage reimbursement for travel beyond normal commute Mix of support, coordination, and light project work Compensation Up to $65,000, based on experience What You'll Be Doing Provide onsite and remote support for end users across multiple locations Troubleshoot workstations, login/MFA issues, printers, and basic connectivity Image, deploy, and configure devices and user environments Handle user provisioning, access management, and M365/AD tasks Manage and resolve tickets with clear documentation and communication What You'll Need to be Considered Ability to operate independently in a client-facing, onsite environment Strong professionalism and communication with non-technical users Experience in an MSP or multi-client support environment is highly desirable Familiarity with healthcare or dental IT environments is a strong plus Reliable transportation and ability to pass an MVR check INDIT
