We're looking for a Software Support Technician to join our collaborative Technical Support team. In this role, you'll combine technical troubleshooting with outstanding customer service, helping our customers solve problems while learning the ins and outs of our software. Whether you're an early-career IT professional, a recent graduate, or someone with prior technical support experience, we're interested in people with strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a desire to keep learning. What You'll Do As a Software Support Technician, you will: Provide friendly, professional technical support by phone and email. Diagnose and resolve software, installation, Windows, and basic networking issues. Help customers effectively use features throughout our software, including Membership, Accounting, Contributions, Payroll, Events, and more. Reproduce, document, and test reported software bugs. Collaborate across departments to improve our products. Continue learning new product features and technical concepts as our software evolves. You'll Be Successful Here If You... Ability to quickly learn new software and technology. Ability to work full-time in our Asheville, NC office.
