Position Summary on-site Entry-level IT support role responsible for PC End of Life Refresh On-site , in-person support of end-user desktops, laptops, peripherals, and basic software. Provides timely troubleshooting, incident resolution, hardware setup, and escalation to higher-level teams when needed. Focuses on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a secure, functional user environment. Key Responsibilities Provide in-person, technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, docking stations, phones, and common peripherals. Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues (OS, standard business applications, email, VPN, network connectivity). Perform workstation builds, imaging, OS installs, and system refreshes following approved images and checklists. Install, configure, and replace hardware components and peripherals; perform cable management and basic office device setup. Execute standard account administration tasks (password resets, account unlocks, basic Active Directory tasks) per documented procedures.
Support onboarding and offboarding workflows:
set up new user equipment, transfer data, and collect/erase devices at termination. Maintain inventory of spare equipment, consumables, and parts; report low-stock or faulty items.
Follow security best practices:
ensure patching, antivirus status, device encryption, and secure disposal of sensitive materials. Provide excellent customer service; communicate status and next steps clearly to end-users #LI-MA1 #LI-ONSITE
