IT Support Specialist

What You'll Be Doing + Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and end users + Troubleshoot issues related to Windows environments, Microsoft 365, VPN connectivity, and hardware + Assist with onboarding/offboarding and device setup + Support account administration within Active Directory and Microsoft 365 + Document tickets, technical issues, and resolutions accurately + Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Requirements What We're Looking For + Experience in Help Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Support roles + Strong troubleshooting and communication skills + Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and ticketing systems + Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service + Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
