IT Support Technician Fleet Feet - 4.0 Durham, NC Job Details Full-time 8 hours ago Qualifications Operating systems IT department experience Full Job Description We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our new Information Technology team. As our IT Support Technician you will diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware and software components. This individual will install and configure computer hardware and provide IT support for the organization. You will routinely interact with various departments and levels and listen to their technical needs and implement IT solutions. We are looking for someone with detailed knowledge of a variety of internet applications, networks, and operating systems. The ideal candidate will possess phenomenal troubleshooting abilities, customer service, and attention to detail. This position is based out of our Fleet Feet Distribution Center located in Durham, NC, and requires occasional trips to the Carrboro, NC office. The role is required to be onsite five days per week. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, preferably in desktop support environments Working knowledge of common hardware and operating systems Familiarity with a range of operating systems and network technologies Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to effectively communicate about technology with employees who have a wide range of technical skills Eagerness to train and learn about new technology and systems Ability to travel as required to stores
