Provide on-site technical support for Edenton and surrounding counties. Responsibilities include evaluating assigned IT incident and problem service desk tickets, maintaining positive customer relationships with a sense of urgency, and tracking work progress via ServiceNow. Install and image new computers, load appropriate software, deploy business applications, and install local/network printers and peripherals. Manage user data migration and profile updates during computer replacements. Collaborate with Data Center Operations (file servers, data storage, network reservations, account creation/modifications in AD, email, NCID, CITRIX, etc.), application development teams, and network infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Lead projects directing the work of others, develop and maintain process/procedure documentation for operational standards, and adhere to DOT and ITS security policies.
