Key Responsibilities:

Create network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems. Troubleshooting and resolving network issues, implementing security measures, and proactively optimizing network performance. Implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices. Maintaining a dependable and robust network infrastructure, while maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality. Working and collaborating with all levels of IT staff inside and outside the organization.

Qualifications:

2+ years' IT administration experience, with bachelor's degree in IT or computer science preferred. Experience with local and wide area network administration, FedEx/UPS shipping software and Zebra printers. Understanding of computer network infrastructure, workstation, servers required; Linux background is preferred. Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions; analytical and problem-solving skills. Understanding/knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols. Ability to quickly learn technologies and products using documentation and internet resources.
