Hardware & Systems:
Learn to install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals across Windows, macOS, and Linux environmentsNetwork Fundamentals:
Gain hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and basic network troubleshooting under guided supervisionSupport Tools:
Become proficient with industry-standard ticketing platforms like ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC Remedy (training provided)Customer Service Excellence:
Develop communication skills by assisting end-users at all levels, turning technical jargon into friendly solutionsSecurity Awareness:
Learn organizational security protocols and best practices for protecting data and infrastructureDocumentation:
Master the art of clear technical writing by logging support requests and creating user-friendly guides What We're Looking For (Not a checklist - you don't need all of these)Curiosity:
Genuine interest in computers, networks, or technology (hobbyists welcome!)Problem-Solving Mindset:
