Job Responsibilities Provide daily support for routine control system troubleshooting and approved configuration changes. Support Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance teams with OT and DCS-related system issues. Assist electrical and instrumentation teams with documenting existing DCS I/O terminations. Compile field documentation and convert field notes into a master I/O list. Develop cross-reference documentation between existing ABB/Infi-90 I/O and Siemens system architecture. Determine Siemens I/O assignments based on production process areas, process groups, controller networks, and field device locations. Assign remote field terminal block panels for existing field devices. Determine intermediate cable sizing between Siemens I/O hardware and field terminal block panels. Verify cable tray, wireway, conduit, and related cable management systems remain within applicable fill limitations. Develop cable termination schedules, worksheets, and directories for electrical installation contractors. Provide technical hardware and infrastructure design support for DCS migration activities. Support approved Management of Change (MOC) activities associated with system configuration and infrastructure modifications.
