Job Description
Are you a tech-savvy professional looking to grow your career with a local leader? A growing employer in Greenville is seeking a high-aptitude IT Representative to join their team 100% on-site. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who possesses a strong technical foundation and is ready to take on more responsibility in a professional server environment. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position. While our client is willing to train on specific internal systems, they are looking for a candidate who already "speaks tech" and understands the fundamentals of infrastructure management.
Duties:
Act as the primary point of contact for internal technical support and hardware maintenance. Manage server access and perform basic administrative tasks within the server environment. Troubleshoot connectivity, software, and peripheral issues to ensure zero downtime.
