Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 support for Siemens Opcenter MOM and Ignition SCADA Troubleshoot application, interface, and data-related issues Monitor application performance and support production operations Perform root cause analysis and resolve recurring issues Support MES/MOM production workflows, traceability, and shop floor processes Maintain and enhance Ignition SCADA applications, dashboards, alarms, and reports Support application deployments, upgrades, testing, and production cutovers Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Automation, Quality, and IT teams Identify opportunities for system reliability and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field 3-5 years of application support experience in a manufacturing environment Experience supporting MES/MOM, SCADA, or other manufacturing applications Hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter MOM/Execution and/or Ignition SCADA preferred Experience with
SQL, REST
APIs, Web Services, and basic scripting (Python, Java, etc.) Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and problem-solving skills Experience supporting 24/7 manufacturing operations Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and a continuous improvement mindset
Other:
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with occasional travel. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift 10-25 pounds if needed.
