JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with strong experience in IT support, endpoint security, and compliance standards. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to end users, maintaining secure IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with organizational security policies, and supporting audit requirements. Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting audit requirements. Required Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Intune.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and endpoint protection.
  • Experience with compliance frameworks and audit processes.
