The pay range for this position is $40,300 to $67,200 annually. Pay is based on several factors which vary according to position.

Computer Technician Position Overview:
This position provides technical support to employees and maintains IT resources across all First Western Bank and Trust locations. The Computer Technician identifies and resolves hardware, software, and network issues while helping protect the security, availability, and integrity of the Bank's systems and data.
Computer Technician Essential Job Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, telephony, printers, networks and other hardware devices Assist in the setup and maintenance of remote access, antivirus and other IT related programs Configure, install, and deploy new workstations and related peripherals Monitor and manage IT service tickets and support calls; document reported problems, troubleshooting steps, actions taken, and final resolutions Maintain a knowledge base of issues and resolution items Process employee network access requests for new hires, transfers, role changes, and terminations in accordance with approved access-management procedures Assist with network security measures to protect data, software and hardware Monitor identified system vulnerabilities and assist with remediation, patching, documentation, and follow-up in accordance with Bank policies and established procedures Computer Technician Education and/or
Experience:
Associate's degree in a computer-related or business-related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience Two years' computer or technical support experience preferred Knowledge of computer hardware and software applications and operating systems Knowledge of Microsoft 365 productivity applications, Active Directory, Windows, iOS, and Android Knowledge of computer maintenance, software support, and basic network design and troubleshooting
