Job Description

We are seeking an IT Site Support Specialist/Junior Infrastructure Administrator to support our local environment. Responsible for maintaining day-to-day IT operations, systems, network, and handling user support tickets. If you are technically savvy and able to operate independently in a fast-paced, fluid environment, please apply:
Responsibilities:
Handle IT trouble tickets (Level I/II)
  • track and resolveProvide Windows Desktop supportSupport Active Directory (Level I/II)
  • Access Controls, Group Membership, SecurityAssist with Microsoft Exchange (Level I/II)
  • user managementMicrosoft 365 support, including Teams callingTroubleshoot File & Print ServersManage software repository and deployment (Windows Deployment Services)Deploy hardware (computers, printers, etc.
)Troubleshoot workstations and third-party applicationsMaintain IT asset registerDevelop and organize technical documentationManage network cabling/patchingParticipate in IT ProjectsDeliver end user technical training as neededProvide backup support for site-based IT team members
