Position:

This role is created primarily for the general Computer System needs of Wearparts. This will include, but not limited to, set up and maintenance for new employees and the computer server. As well as minor customization and troubleshooting of the Wearparts ERP system and other computer software/hardware.

Primary Duties:

ERP Management

• Design, develop, and implement customizations within the ERP platform (Epicor) to support evolving business needs. Configure forms, reports, and dashboards, to optimize user experience and efficiency. Troubleshooting and Support
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity for end-users and systems. System Administration
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure. Security Management
• Implementing and managing security protocols to protect systems from threats and vulnerabilities. Hardware and Software Management
• Installing, configuring, integrating and maintaining hardware and software components. User Support
• Providing technical assistance to users and ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs. System Monitoring and Maintenance
• Monitoring system performance, identifying potential issues, and performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal uptime. Data Management
• Ensuring data backup and recovery procedures are in place and function correctly. Staying Updated
• Keeping abreast of new technologies and security threats to ensure the organization's systems are up-to-date and secure. Collaboration
• Collaborating with other departments to understand their technology needs and integrate new technologies.

All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field Experience in IT Support and Network Administration Experience with Epicor (preferred)
