PC Support Technician

Description We are seeking a PC Support Technician to support an end-user technology upgrade initiative in Holdrege, NE. This role will focus on ensuring users are equipped with properly configured hardware and have seamless access to systems and applications. You'll work alongside onsite leads and follow established, step-by-step processes to deliver consistent, high-quality support. Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Windows 11 laptops
• Install and set up hardware including monitors, docking stations, keyboards/mice, and chargers
• Support migration efforts from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365/Teams
• Assist with Office 365 account enrollments and setup
• Configure user access to networks, printers, and business applications
• Provide basic troubleshooting and technical support during deployment activities
• Ensure users are fully equipped and operational with updated technology Required Skills & Experience
• Hands-on experience with Windows environments
• Familiarity with Active Directory
• Strong hardware deployment and setup experience
• Basic troubleshooting and help desk support skills
• Experience with device provisioning and user onboarding Preferred
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environments
• Experience supporting large-scale device rollouts or migrations Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Holdrege, NE.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
