This position involves working cross-functionally with operations, engineering, automation, and IT/OT teams to deliver robust data solutions that support manufacturing and industrial processes.
Location:
On-site for project in Lincoln, Nebraska. Responsibilities Lead and support OT-related projects from design through commissioning and handover. Perform Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) to ensure system integrity and compliance. Oversee commissioning activities and manage smooth handovers to operations teams. Collaborate with automation engineers and IT/OT specialists to integrate data systems with control platforms. Develop and maintain data pipelines and architectures for OT environments. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory standards in OT systems. Investigate and resolve complex issues related to data collection, storage, and retrieval. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers in the team Maintain comprehensive documentation for all configurations, installations, and troubleshooting procedures. Comply with Deep Digitals Quality Management System requirements i.e. perform your work according to your process documents, procedures and maintaining document information/completing department forms/records as required.

Working knowledge of DCS technologies such as: Emerson DeltaV Foxboro Siemens PCS7 Experience with data integration between OT and IT systems. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Preferred Familiarity with data historians , OPC protocols, and industrial IoT solutions. Knowledge of scripting or programming for data extraction and transformation. Understanding of cybersecurity principles in OT environments.
