Intermediate Position Overview We are seeking a Tier 2 Support Technician to support our central fulfillment facility during a period of internal transformation. This is a contract role (6-9 months) ideal for a trainable, hands-on technician who can provide reliable "smart hands" support while internal teams transition into new roles. This position will play a critical role in ensuring uninterrupted technical support for production operations, particularly through the busy holiday season. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 2 technical support within a high-volume fulfillment environment Support and troubleshoot access systems, laser printers, and thermal printers Perform basic desktop and help desk support as needed Act as on-site "smart hands" support for technical teams Diagnose, validate, and resolve hardware and system issues Interpret and follow complex technical plans and documentation Make sound technical decisions within defined procedures Deliver strong customer service support to internal stakeholders Role Longevity The expected duration is 6-9 months due to planned technology changes and automation of printer and tablet setup processes that may eventually eliminate the need for this role. If technology adoption is delayed, there is potential for the assignment to be extended. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
