Position Information:
Responsible for end-user support and operations Full-Time, Monday-Friday with some nights and weekends, as needed.
Compensation:
$60,000-$65,000 annually

Apple and MDM Management Managing user accounts: creation, support and termination Supporting Zebra and other miscellaneous devices within the warehouse Desktop and Laptop support
Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and support IT projects such as upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments Analyze logs and identify issues as they arise Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership through resolution Occasional network support such as wireless and wired network troubleshooting Troubleshoot and provide support for Windows PCs Manage printers and toner inventory Provide Microsoft Office 365 support to users Support desktop and laptop Windows 11 users Support iPad, iPhone and Android users Resolve basic server issues Maintain detailed documentation and update end users through the closure of any incidents Communicate effectively with team members and end users Create, document and/or follow procedures and protocols Perform all duties safely and responsibly Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old Associates degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar field, or equivalent experience 4 years of Desktop Support experience 2 years of server administration preferred Strong understanding of MDM tools, Jamf is preferred Intermediate knowledge of networking, servers and printers Understanding of general networking terms and protocols (e.g. WAN, LAN, DHCP, VPN, web- based router management, etc.) Excellent, effective communication skills, both verbal and written Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build positive and collaborative relationships Exceptional organizational and time management skills Ability to think analytically and problem solve Willingness to develop professionally Ability to be flexible and multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and as a team
Working Conditions:
Office environment with some work in a Warehouse setting Must wear safety toe shoes at all times while working in the warehouse Scheduled and/or urgent work nights and weekends as required
