Position Overview:

IT Support Specialist The IT Support Specialist delivers first-line technical support to Coastal Forest Products employees, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 technologies, warehouse operational systems, and physical security infrastructure. Serving as the primary point of contact for support requests, this role is responsible for timely resolution and escalation while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

•This position is 100% on-site in Bow, NH. Remote, hybrid, and relocation assistance are not available for this role. Applicants must be able to reliably commute to Bow, NH on a daily basis.

Essential Job Responsibilities Serves as the first point of contact for support requests via ticketing system, phone, or in person. Records, tracks, and documents helpdesk requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions. Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for end-user and warehouse operational issues. Escalates complex issues to the IT Manager or vendors as needed to ensure timely resolution. Creates and maintains knowledgebase articles for common issues and recurring procedures. Supports desktops, laptops, desk phones, and iOS mobile devices. Troubleshoots network connectivity for users, wireless scanners, handheld devices, and IoT devices. Monitors, supports, and troubleshoots physical security infrastructure including CCTV and access controls. Coordinates with Facilities and external vendors for security system repairs and maintenance. Maintains documentation for security systems, device inventories, and user permissions. Supports AV equipment including TVs, projectors, and audio systems. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 2-4 years of IT support experience Proficiency with Microsoft 365 including Point, OneDrive, and Teams Experience supporting iOS devices Basic networking knowledge - Wi-Fi troubleshooting, DHCP/DNS, Active Directory Experience supporting VoIP or cloud PBX telephony platforms Experience with printers, scanners, and handheld devices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Experience with

WMS, ERP

systems, or RF scanner devices Experience with wireless networking and ethernet switching Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID Experience supporting CCTV and badge/access control systems Physical & Environmental Conditions Able to sit for extended periods of time. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
