$24-$30/hour DOE About Us KC Technologies is a growing managed IT and infrastructure company supporting businesses across New Hampshire and Massachusetts. We provide IT support, Microsoft 365 management, networking, cybersecurity, structured cabling, and infrastructure services for SMB and manufacturing environments. We are currently expanding our on-site support operations with one of our primary clients, Prototek, and are looking for a dependable technician who wants to grow long-term with a fast-moving IT company. Position Overview We are looking for a motivated IT Support Technician with at least 2 years of helpdesk or technical support experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, working directly with users, and learning real-world IT operations in a manufacturing and business environment. You will work directly with end users, tickets, workstation deployments, Microsoft 365 environments, and day-to-day support operations while learning from senior technicians and growing into larger responsibilities. Responsibilities Provide Level 1 and basic Level 2 IT support Troubleshoot Windows PCs, printers, and user issues Handle tickets and document work clearly Set up and deploy workstations and peripherals Support Microsoft 365 users and basic administration Troubleshoot networking and connectivity issues Assist with onboarding/offboarding users Work with inventory, imaging, and device setup Escalate larger issues appropriately Maintain professionalism with end users and clients Requirements 2+ years of IT support/helpdesk experience Experience using a ticketing system Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Understanding of:
