Tech Support & Compliance Analyst 1.0 1.0 out of 5 stars Hudson, NH Trexon 2 reviews Position Summary The IT Tech Support & Compliance Analyst is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to end users while ensuring the organization maintains compliance with applicable IT standards, regulations, and internal policies. This role blends hands-on troubleshooting with documentation, auditing, and process improvement to support a secure and efficient IT environment.
Minimum Qualifications Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).Experience:
2-5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.Knowledge:
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and business systems. Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, systems integration, and cybersecurity.Skills:
Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop support Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools High attention to detail, especially with documentation and compliance tasks Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and access control Job Responsibilities Technical Support Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues Respond to helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot problems, and resolve in a timely manner Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices Support Microsoft 365, email systems, and business applications Assist with onboarding/offboarding employees (account setup, access control, equipment provisioning) Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation Compliance & Security Support IT compliance initiatives Assist in maintaining and updating IT policies, procedures, and documentation Participate in internal and external audits by gathering evidence and responding to requests Monitor user access and permissions to ensure proper controls are in place Help enforce cybersecurity best practices, including password policies, MFA, and endpoint protection Track and remediate compliance gaps or vulnerabilities Systems & Process Improvement Identify recurring technical issues and recommend long-term solutions Assist in system updates, patching, and maintenance schedules Contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes and documentation Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity efforts Internal and External Relationships This position interacts with many internal departments including Production, Quality and regularly. External relationships include vendors and suppliers.
