This role is a a hands-on role working with mechanical systems and industry equipment with the need of mechanical aptitude and experience. As the first point of contact for customers, you'll help troubleshoot mechanical issues, provide live technical support, and ensure equipment is repaired and returned to top working condition. You'll also handle diagnosis and repair of equipment for both warranty and non-warranty service.Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries about mechanical and equipment performance issues
