At Catholic Charities, we strive to provide person-centered services to strengthen New Hampshire families and build independence. The IT Specialist is responsible for managing and monitoring computer systems, servers, printers, storage, network and telephony infrastructures on premise and cloud based. They are also responsible for providing 1st level IT user support. Full time

Job Requirements Associates Degree in Information Technology (IT) or comparable degree 2+ years operational experience in IT Infrastructure (network, server, storage administration) Solid working knowledge in Microsoft products (Microsoft certified preferred) Microsoft server operating systems - 2012, 2019, Active Directory, Microsoft 365
Networking:
switching and routing, VLANS, TCP/IP, VPNs VMware virtualization and Horizon VDI Veeam Software VoIP phone system Mobile Device Management Strong knowledge of information security threats, vulnerability management, and associated operational best practices. IT security certification, preferred.
