Job Description

A fast-growing managed services provider (MSP) based in Camden, NJ is hiring a full-time Help Desk Technician to support a diverse client base across multiple industries. This company delivers end-to-end IT solutions, working heavily with Windows environments, Microsoft 365, networking, and cloud platforms like Azure. This is a full-time opportunity ideal for someone looking to build a strong technical foundation in a client-facing, fast-paced MSP environment. Required Skills & Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Help Desk or IT support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and basic Windows Server concepts
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Basic understanding of networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
  • Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tickets and prioritize effectively Desired Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience working in an MSP environment
  • Exposure to Active Directory and user management
  • Familiarity with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools
  • Basic knowledge of Azure or other cloud platforms
  • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft fundamentals What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown
