Job Description

We are looking for a dependable Test Administrator to support daily operations at a testing center in Clark, New Jersey. This is a Contract position designed as a three-month assignment, with the potential for extension based on business needs and individual performance. The person in this role will help create an organized, secure, and welcoming environment for candidates while handling front-desk support, monitoring activities, and basic administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome candidates upon arrival, confirm identification, and guide them through check-in procedures.
  • Carry out required security screening measures, including the use of hand-held screening devices when needed.
  • Observe the testing area through routine walkthroughs to help ensure compliance with site rules and testing standards.
  • Respond promptly to candidate concerns, troubleshoot minor device-related issues, and escalate problems when appropriate.
  • Protect confidential exam materials and maintain a secure testing environment throughout the day.
  • Document incidents accurately and report any activity that falls outside established procedures.
  • Support administrative duties such as scanning records, handling clerical tasks, and assisting with inbound calls at the front desk.
  • Complete fingerprint scanning and digital recordkeeping for candidate identification when required.
  • Stay productive during slower testing periods by assisting with office organization, equipment handling, and other operational tasks.
  • Represent the organization professionally while following testing center policies, procedures, and service expectations.
