The opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time IT Technician to join our team at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. With all technology at your fingertips and the Operations Lead by your side, you will work to support daily technical operations at MetLife Stadium. What will you do? Provide maintenance and support for desktops, laptops, and end-user support for hardware and software systems Assist in implementing solutions at the operating location, ensuring solutions are consistent with the overall IT strategy of Delaware North Set up and maintain computer software and hardware, user accounts, and computer configurations for team members Actively prioritize and resolve issues and end-user help requests during normal business hours, as well as during events Record, track, and document successful and unsuccessful actions made through the help desk request problem-solving process More about you Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role Experience with point of sale, property management systems, retail systems, cloud-based computing, network support, and Windows Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and sales skills in a customer service-driven industry Team-oriented and able to prioritize job responsibilities Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Shift details Evenings as needed Weekdays as needed OT as needed
