Position Description You will serve as a

SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER

in the

NAVAIRWARCENADLKE SE &ALRE

Group; Support Equipment Dept; Common & Commercial Systems Division; Aircraft Handling & Servicing Support Equipment Branch. . Position Duties/Responsibilities You will oversee the entire lifecycle of equipment such as cranes, tow tractors, jacks, and hydraulic test equipment, from initial requirements analysis to in-service engineering support. You will apply advanced principles and judgment to solve complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions to improve platform mission effectiveness. You ensure teams have and use the required processes, tools, and procedures to execute their tasks effectively. You will serve as the Branch Head, providing overall supervision, management, and leadership for a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and logisticians. You will direct the engineering and logistics for the design, development, testing, and sustainment of Aircraft Handling and Servicing Support Equipment (SE).
