We are rapidly expanding our US team and are seeking a successful, enthusiastic, and self-motivated I.T. Operations Specialist We are looking for an I.T. Operations Specialist to support and maintain the organization's technology environment to ensure smooth daily operations. This role manages employee onboarding and offboarding processes, provides technical support to staff, maintains IT systems and hardware, and assists with automation and data reporting initiatives. IT Operations & Support Provide day-to-day technical support for employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Respond to and resolve IT support requests in a timely and professional manner. Monitor internal systems and network performance to ensure reliability and uptime. Escalate complex technical issues when necessary and track resolutions. User Account Management Manage employee account onboarding and offboarding processes across company systems. Create, configure, and deactivate user accounts and permissions. Ensure proper access controls and security best practices are followed. Hardware & Equipment Management Procure, configure, and deploy new hardware and equipment for employees. Maintain an organized inventory of all IT assets including laptops, peripherals, and networking equipment. Coordinate equipment replacement, repair, and lifecycle management. Systems & Application Administration Configure, maintain, and support the company's Microsoft tenant and related services. Administer and provide support for various internal applications such as Zoom, Magic Touch, Route4Me, and other business tools. Assist with application integrations and user management. Automation & Process Improvement Develop, implement, and maintain automation via Power Automate to improve operational efficiency. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes. Network Monitoring & Maintenance Monitor network health, performance, and security. Assist with troubleshooting connectivity issues and maintaining network infrastructure. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in IT operations, help desk, or systems administration. Experience managing user accounts and permissions in Microsoft environments. Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking issues. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and tenant management. Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (PowerShell, Python, Power Automate, n8n, etc). Experience with network monitoring tools. Knowledge of IT asset management and procurement processes. Experience working with operational or logistics applications.
