Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced HVAC Technical Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance and support, addressing technical inquiries related to NAVAC products, managing warranty claims, and assisting with out-of-warranty repairs. This role also involves maintaining parts records and overseeing the physical inventory at the NJ office. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in mechanical systems and a passion for customer service. Duties

• Armed with in depth knowledge of NAVAC products, including product specifications and technical details, handle product technical inquiries from NAVAC distributors and end users via phone calls and emails.
• Working with NAVAC Operation Team, handle product warranty claims and assist customer in out-of-warranty repair process.
• Maintain record of product claims, field issue statistics and other product service data, to be used for company to make corrective actions in continuously improving our products.
• Maintain the parts record and manage physical parts inventory in NJ Office.
• Assist Order Processing Team in processing parts orders from NAVAC distributors Qualifications Good communication skill and work well with people.

Community College degree is preferred, BS degree/certification in technical field is a plus. Familiar with MS Office Software, Excel and Word. Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
